How did you experience the communication with the recruitment team throughout the process?

The communication with the recruitment team was very clear, prompt, and professional throughout the entire recruitment process. All points, questions, and clarifications were addressed in a proper and clear manner via email by the recruitment team. Additionally, the recruitment team called me several times to clarify questions when necessary, and the points were noted in line with the discussion. Even though I was in a remote location and in a different time zone, I never felt any disadvantage or difficulty with the communication. In fact, the company communicated with me even outside of regular working hours when needed, which I appreciated

How would you rate the support and guidance you received throughout the recruitment process?

 

The guidance and support provided by the recruitment team exceeded all expectations. The recruitment team was extremely supportive and cooperative throughout the entire process. Do you feel that the company has fulfilled what was agreed upon, both in terms of financial support and assistance in settling in Norway?

Yes, absolutely, I would say 'more than 100%'. I would elaborate that the company has fulfilled all terms and conditions as per the agreement, both financially and in terms of support for establishing myself in Norway.

In fact, they have sometimes even gone beyond the agreement by customizing and extending support outside of the usual frameworks. All necessary support was provided by the company in a highly efficient manner, such as:

• Assistance with work documents

• Preparation of all documents for processing visa and work permit

• Application to UDI for work permit and visa on behalf of the candidate

• Follow-up with UDI on work permit and visa throughout the process

• Providing regular updates on the application

• Extending flexibility to adjust the start date

• Support and guidance throughout the mobilization process

• Guidance on familiarizing with local norms and regulations in Norway

• Arranging appointments with UDI after arrival in Norway

• Providing guidance on the process and steps for visiting UDI

• Assistance in finding accommodation/apartment by searching and communicating with landlords (done by the company's recruitment team)

In addition to the above, I would add that I requested some things that were not even included in the agreement, but the company extended its flexibility and support to accommodate these as well. Based on my experience, I must say that this is one of the best companies in terms of flexibility, support, guidance, and care for its employees
